1. Acceptance

By using Saadoush Al Gadie's site or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our services

We offer: online courses (video masterclasses + certificates), in-studio courses and salon services in Jeddah, one-on-one consultations, and a shop for professional tools and products. This website is owned and operated by SOVA TDR beauty (CR 7054014688).

3. Payments

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and mada, in SAR (with prices also displayed in AED, USD, KWD, and QAR). The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and of these merchant policies. Users under 18 years of age may not register, transact, or use this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3b. Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where Saudi consumer law requires otherwise (defective, wrong, or damaged items). Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. See the Refund Policy page for details.

4. Intellectual property

All Academy content (video, text, images, resources) is the property of Saadoush Al Gadie. Use is personal-only. Redistribution, republishing, or teaching from it is prohibited.

5. Limits of liability

We commit to the highest quality standards but do not guarantee specific professional outcomes. Growth in craft depends on practice and individual circumstances.

7. Updates

These terms and all site policies may be changed or updated from time to time to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to review these sections regularly; modifications take effect on the day they are published.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Jeddah.
