Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All sales are final

Purchases of online courses, in-studio courses, consultations, and shop products are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before paying.

2. Legal exceptions

Where Saudi consumer protection law requires (a defective product, a wrong item shipped, or an item damaged during shipping), a refund or replacement will be provided. Approved refunds are made only to the ORIGINAL method of payment and are processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the card issuing bank.

3. Consultations

Consultation bookings cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled to another available slot up to 24 hours before the session, at no charge.
